| | PERSONALITY & INTELLECTBasic Personality: One would assume with the many downfalls that the young Rock shinobi has endured in his life, he would be a very different person to the young man he has ultimately grown (or sculptured, depending on your point of view) into. Lee is an optimistic, energetic go-getter who rarely sees the downside to anything and anyone. He's got confidence in spades and uses this to make friends as efficiently as he can (while at the same time annoying others with his upbeat attitude). While he is known for his bubbly personality even Lee suffers from a bit of blues from time to time, when he does he falls into a very deep spiral of depression that he finds very hard to get out of alone. That is when he needs the assistance of his friends, of whom he is very grateful for every day of his life.
Personal strengths: Determination, resilience, optimism, almost care-free to a point explains Rock Lee's personal strengths. He has also been noted to be a genius of hard work, made obvious through his ability to master opening five of the inner chakra gates by the time he was thirteen through sheer effort alone. He never gives up on himself, his friends, or a mission and gives his all and continues to battle on long after others would have normally thrown in the towel. He also has a very high threshold for pain, something that comes in handy with his intense training as well as on the battlefield.
Personal weaknesses: It has been stated that not crying, or showing your emotions is one of the rules that a shinobi must obey. Lee has rarely been one able to control himself when it comes to his emotional state, easily bursting into be it manly tears or openly heart felt tears fairly easily. Despite his abilities as a shinobi, Lee has been known to think with his heart rather then his head on a few occasions. He gets so emotionally involved to the point of feeling the pain of other people, be it physical or emotional. This can be a good thing, at times, but a down fall in other instances. |

| | SHINOBI INFORMATIONKnown Elements: Lee, being born unable to mold chakra to his control like other shinobi, has no elemental control.
Weapons: He has been known to use Nunchuku and bō to help him in battle. In most cases these heavy weapons double as weights that he wears underneath his legwarmers which too, could be used as a weapon if he ever thought of throwing them at an assailant.
Strengths: Rock Lee surprised everyone at the Chuunin exams when he forced some of his eight inner chakra gates open to fight against Sabakuno Gaara. Normally such a feat is unreachable to someone of such a young age. Not only did this power increase his already incredibly fast speeds (without his weights being worn), it increased his physical attack power. Being a taijutsu master, Lee is unable to preform hand signs to use any form of gen or ninjutsu, so all of his attacks are based on his physical strength and speed. By this age Lee is incredibly fast, those who witnessed him at the Chuunin exams can easily see just how far the young man has come in only three years time.
Weaknesses: He has no elemental weakness given his attacks are physical and not based on either fire, water, earth or air. But sadly, this also opens him up to attacks like genjutsu and other attacks that might affect his physical strengths. For example a genjutsu could be used to warp his senses, leaving him open to attack and unable to break out of the genjutsu. Physical attacks he can handle, it's the optical and illusion ones that he has trouble fighting against. | |
